Shipping policy
U.S. SHIPPING
BrightLine Outdoors LLC utilizes private couriers to ship our product. At checkout you may choose between a few shipping options.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received by 1pm CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM or on the weekends, will be processed the following business day.
Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending upon the shipping option you choose at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
BrightLine Outdoors LLC currently only ships to the US.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
If any BrightLine Outdoors LLC product is not currently available, you will be notified by email with an expected ship date. The expected ship date specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final destination. Backordered items (temporarily out-of-stock), will ship directly to you once it is back in stock.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking numbers will be assigned, when applicable, to packages leaving our warehouse. You will receive an email containing a shipment confirmation and tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours from the receipt of your email for the package to be checked into the carrier’s tracking system.
FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail and entering into the courier tracking website.
