Refund policy

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AND EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please email your concerns to info@brightlineoutdoors.com.  Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.  In the body of the email please identify any damage to the shipment or discrepancy in shipping.  Also, please attach applicable photos.

All returns are subject to a physical inspection and all merchandise must be returned in new, unused, unlaundered, unopened, resale condition. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. Bright Line Outdoors will send a return shipping label for damaged merchandise upon request.

Apparel may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Any/all decoy connectors and hunting calls may be returned within 15 days if unopened and UNUSED. Any connector or call returned in open or used condition or past the 15 days will not be refunded.

Return Shipping: ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same or smaller box if you can. You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Bright Line Outdoors will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services.  Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Unless preapproved, Bright Line Outdoors will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for items to be returned.
